A Taste of Indiana will make every effort to ensure your package will arrive in the best condition.  We take pride in making sure you are 100% satisfied. We guarantee you will be delighted with the quality of our products and our customer service.

Since all of the food items we use in our gift boxes and baskets are from the state of Indiana, we take great pride in using the freshest products.  We turn over our product line on a regular basis.  A Taste of Indiana reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value due to freshness and availability.  We do not ship perishables in hot weather.

All of our gift baskets are packed with the utmost care to prevent breakage of glass products.  Call us within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund excluding any shipping charges.  Shipping charges will be refunded if it is the fault of A Taste of Indiana. 

Online orders will be shipped using “UPS Ground” unless you specify that you are going to pick up your order in the check out process.  If you would like to choose “2nd Day Air” or “Next Day Air” for your shipping preference, please call our store to place your order.  You will be charged an additional fee to expedite your order, and your cost will ultimately depend upon the weight of your package. 

Shipping To Multiple Addresses:

This site allows you to ship items in your order to multiple addresses once you have created your account.  The address you put in during account creation is your primary shipping address.  Once your account is created, you will be able to add the multiple shipping addresses during the checkout process.  You will also be able to manage your address book later by logging into your account.

Priority Mail – PO and APO Address: 

Please call us to place your order for gifts being shipped to a PO Box or an APO.  If you are shipping to a Post Office Box number (PO) or to a military address (APO or FPO), we must ship your order using the US Postal Service. Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed method of shipping. US Postal packages are normally delivered within 3 to 5 days.  However, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.  A Taste of Indiana is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or otherwise missing. 

Delivery:

All orders will be shipped promptly (usually within 24 hours) unless you specify a preferred arrival date.

Shipping Cost:

Your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.  Our shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the shipping box plus any additional carrier charges based on UPS published rates. 

For large corporate orders, please give us a call for a rate quote.

We ship worldwide and accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  Corporate orders can be invoiced.
