Sweets of Success is a job and life skills training program for women. Its mission is to empower women through education and resources, to build self-esteem, to develop independence and to improve their quality of life.

To make the Turtle Brownies, pour the mix into a bowl and stir in 1/3 cup of hot water. Stir thoroughly and pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 22 minutes.
